Who is responsible for your data?

Gosper AI, Société par actions simplifiée, with a share capital of 1 000 euros, whose registered office is at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris (109 958 967 R.C.S. Paris) is the controller of the personal data collected on this site.

The publisher has not appointed a data protection officer.

What this policy covers

This policy only covers this showcase site. The data the Gosper product processes on behalf of its customers (conversations, files, usage metadata) falls under a different framework: the customer is the controller and Gosper acts as a processor, under the terms of the data processing agreement (DPA) and the compliance documentation provided to each customer.

Required fields

Name, work email address and message are required: without them we cannot answer. Company and team size are optional. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Who receives your data?

The authorized members of the publisher's sales team. To operate, the site relies on the following processors:

• the site host, OVH SAS (OVHcloud) (servers: France);
• the email delivery provider, Brevo (France), through which your request travels to the sales team's mailbox.

Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for advertising. No third-party service is loaded in your browser: no font, script, analytics or social network.

Transfers outside the European Union

Your data is not transferred to any country outside the European Union.

Retention periods

Contact requests: 3 years after the last contact. After that period they are deleted.

The application logs contain neither the content of your messages nor your IP address: only the date, the outcome of the submission and its duration.

Your rights

You have the following rights over your data:

• access to your data;
• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure;
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest, including prospecting;
• portability of the data you provided to us;
• setting instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to contact@gosper.fr. We answer within one month; proof of identity may be requested in case of doubt. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France): cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
